Our Truth: UBC’s Engagement with the TRC One Year Later

By admin on October 29, 2014

In this panel discussion, invited Faculty and Students reflect on their exploration and engagement with the Truth and Reconciliation Commission, last year on September 18, 2014, and how they are bringing awareness of Indigenous content into their teaching and learning environments now…one year later. During the session, participants are invited to reflect on their own engagement with the topic, pose questions to panelists, and encouraged to go deeper in their own practice.
This event is part of Celebrate Learning Week, a week-long initiative which celebrates teaching and learning opportunities at UBC. More information on Celebrate Learning Week, can be found online at: http://celebratelearning.ubc.ca
